Art requests/Terms of service

To make a request, you must be 18 years or older, even for SFW requests. Characters must be owned by you or were given permission to use.

Finished works will be posted publicly on my Bluesky profile. Before a request is made, I will request your Bluesky handle for this purpose. You may add in additional links to other platforms should I ever cross post content to other platforms. I do not accept anonymous requests and may reject requests if I think a profile is incomplete.

I won't do the following:

• Scat, gas, ageplay or diapers.
  Because requests are expected to be on public profiles, these are disallowed for requests. If I were to do unattributed commissions, this would be fine.
• Violence/gore/vore involving living creatures.
  It's fine if its either comedic, and doesn't involve blood or gore, or only involves machines implied to be non-living.
• Young characters.
  This includes SFW requests.
• Discord guideline violations.

Understand that these are just free requests, and I may not be able to fulfill them. Free requests may become limited or closed without notice. I currently do not take commissions, but this may change.

Content

Voxel models are created in an age gated level of a public server listed on ClassiCube. Because of this nature, other users may view finished or in progress works. Assume your requests are public.

Rights

Backgrounds or subjects unrelated to your provided characters will be released into the public domain via the CC0 1.0 Universal license.

You will receive a .zip archive of the project. The folder structure goes as follows:

• /<project>.vox - MagicaVoxel export used in rendering. Contains material and rendering profiles.
• /<project>.cw - ClassicWorld formatted level after clean up.
• /<project>.webp - WebP encoded image of the MagicaVoxel render.
• /<project>-export.obj, /<project>-export.png OBJ 3D model export.
• /<project>-raw.cw - (if applicable) ClassicWorld formatted level before clean up. Being a raw server snapshot, this will contain other projects by me or other members. Rights belong to their respective members.
• /<project>-no-subjects.cw/vox (if applicable) Cleaned up project containing no personal subjects, consisting of background elements or subjects not from you. Will be released publicly as CC0.
• /README.txt - Text file describing this folder structure and stated licenses.

For <project>.vox/cw/webp, you may use the assets however you want under the conditions that you will not misrepresent who created the voxel models or use the models for NFTs or projects utilizing NFTs. You may use or repost with or without attribution. A link back to my Bluesky profile is encouraged but not required.
